Ordering & Pricing
How do I place an order?
You can order select products directly through our website or request a custom quote. If you're unsure which product or specifications are right for your project, contact us and we'll help you get started.
Can I request a custom printing quote?
Absolutely. Tell us what you're printing, the quantity, size, paper or material, and when you need it. We'll review your specifications and provide pricing.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Minimum quantities depend on the product. Many items are available in smaller runs, while others have minimum production requirements. Contact us if you don't see the quantity you need.
Can I order multiple products at the same time?
Yes. You can order different printing products together. If your project involves multiple designs, sizes or quantities, we'll help you organize the order.
Are your prices competitive with online printing companies?
We offer competitive pricing along with personal service and a free professional file review. We focus on making sure your project is produced correctly, not just processing an order.
Artwork & File Preparation
A little preparation helps ensure your printed materials look their best. Here are answers to common questions about submitting artwork.
What is bleed, and why do I need it?
Bleed is extra artwork that extends beyond the final trim size of your printed piece. It helps prevent unwanted white edges when the paper is cut.
Most standard printing projects require 1/8 inch (0.125") of bleed on each side.
Understanding Bleed
For example, a finished 4" x 6" postcard should have artwork measuring 4.25" x 6.25" when 1/8" bleed is included on all sides.
How do I add bleed to my artwork?
In your design program, set the bleed to 0.125 inches on all four sides. Extend any background images or colors beyond the trim line to the outer bleed edge.
Keep important text and logos at least 1/8 inch inside the finished trim edge, unless your product specifications require a larger safe area.
When exporting your PDF, make sure the bleed area is included. If you're unsure whether your file has enough bleed, send it to us for review.
Why are PDF files preferred for printing?
PDF is our preferred file format because it helps preserve your layout, fonts, images, and spacing.
For best results, provide a high-quality, print-ready PDF with embedded fonts, appropriate image resolution, and bleed when required.
If you have another file format, contact us before ordering and we'll review your options.
What's the difference between RGB and CMYK?
RGB stands for Red, Green, and Blue. It's the color system used by computer screens, phones, and televisions.
CMYK stands for Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black. It's commonly used for full-color printing.
Some bright RGB colors cannot be reproduced exactly using CMYK inks, so printed colors may look different from what you see on your screen.
For conventional CMYK printing, properly prepared CMYK artwork is generally preferred. If you're unsure, send us your file and we'll review it.
What resolution should my images be?
For most standard printed materials, images should be approximately 300 DPI at their final printed size.
Images downloaded from websites or social media may not have enough resolution for sharp printing.
Large-format signs and banners can have different resolution requirements based on their size and viewing distance.
What if my artwork isn't print-ready?
Every order receives a free professional file review. We check for common issues that could affect the finished product.
If we spot a problem, we'll contact you before printing and explain what needs attention.
Our goal is to help your project come out looking its best.
