Our Story

Weiss Printers had its humble beginnings and start in the back of a small candy store in Newark, NJ in the early 1900’s.  Joseph Weiss decided to expand his small business by adding a printing press and in time his business grew and expanded. Joe and Molly (his wife) had 4 sons, Manny, Jack, Bernie and Danny.  Each of their children served in World War Two and after they returned from tours of duty in Europe and the Pacific they each joined the family business. Over time the family business grew and expanded and soon thereafter the third generation joined the thriving family business.  A massive fire destroyed the business and they tried to rebuild, but circumstances hampered that dream.  But now, many years later I knew it was time to resurrect the family name.

I am a third generation printer and I have been involved in advertising, marketing, printing and sales my entire life. I grew up in the trade and at Weiss Printers we know all about printing, craftsmanship, customer service and most of all how to treat our friends and clients.
